• Successfully defended a major financial holding company in a dispute exceeding NT$10 billion with a government agency and obtained favorable outcomes for his client.
• Strategically secured a pivotal reversal before the Supreme Court for a securities firm challenging vicarious liability for an employee's unauthorized misconduct, resulting in the lower court’s adverse judgment being vacated and remanded for retrial.
• Tactically led the first major commercial case remanded by the Supreme Court for retrial after the implementation of the Commercial Case Adjudication Act, establishing a groundbreaking precedent in Taiwan's commercial litigation practice.
